I love to follow these yearly award shows. I enjoy viewing the hits and misses on all the red carpets. The Billboard music awards is an honor presented to the top artist of the past year. This years list included Adele, Rihanna, Justin Bieber, The Weeknd and many more. Here are a few of the celebs that were seen on the red carpet.

Britney Spears looked a hot mess in this beautiful Fall 16 Reem Acra and these thigh high caged boots by Scutz.  She made this dress look…sad to say cheap. I love this dress but it didn’t flatter Britney’s shape and the boots were extra.

Ciara!!!! What can I say I am loving this look. This Fall 16 Philp Plein metallic low cut gown was made for Ciara. It looks great on her body. The side boobrs and legs out wasn’t too much for this event either. This was done just right! One of the best dressed on the carpet.

Ms. Kelly Rowland looks AMAZINGGGGGGG in this sheer embellished gown by Labour Joisie!!! Everything about this is beautiful to the hair pulled back to the natural make up. Effortless beauty indeed!!!

I wasn’t a fan of this look that Rihanna wore on the red carpet. This is a vintage 1988 Mugler button up dress, she paired it with custom Manolo Blahnik heels and a few diamond pieces. Needless to say Rihanna makes anything look good don’t you think? Love the hair and make up!

Laverne Cox looked gorgeous in this Michael Costello gown. You better POSE! She is working them angles RIGHT!

I honestly hate this look on Demi Lovato…..I don’t know who her stylist is but she needs someone else. The body suit by House of Cb was cute but paired with this tweed jacket and finger less gloves is a total disaster for me. The wide leg trousers aren’t doing anything for her. Her hair and make up was done nicely.

This Atelier Versace electric blue gown looked cute on Ariana Grande….but this pony tail needs to go I also wasn’t a fan of the black platform pumps she wore.

Zendayyyyyyyyaaaaaa !!!!! I love everything this girl wears!!!!!! This was simple and clean I just adore it this peach Calvin Klein two piece on her! She is so young this world is not ready for her SLAYAGE!

Here is RiRi killing it after her performance of “Love on The Brain,” in this vintage Mugler black piece and Selima Optique shade. Rihanna is such an style icon I love her!!!!!!!!

MANUS X MACHINA: In An Age Of Technology

This past weekend I went to go check out the Manus X Machina exhibit at the MET. To say this costume exhibit was amazing would be an understatement. So much to just stand back and “Awe” at. There were Haute Couture gowns from Chanel, Yves Saint Laurent, Louis Vuitton, and many more. Pieces were hand sewn as well as machine sewn. Material such as silicone, straws, and rubber were use to execute some of these designs. Check out some of this pieces on display! Only pictured a few didn’t want to show everything. Must check this out if you are in NYC…on display from May – August.

MET GALA 2016

Last night was one of the BIGGEST days in Fashion. The MET Gala happens every first Monday in May. The MET Gala is an annual fundraiser for the benefit of the Metropolitan Museum of Art’s costume institute in NYC. Anna Wintour who is Vogue’s head mistress, is in charge of everything from who get an invite, to the what’s on the menu. I watched my news feed all night trying to keep up with all the red carpet styles. This year the theme at the MET Gala was “Fashion in the Age of Technology.” My prediction on what was going to be seen on the carpet was metallic and sliver. Of course I was correct! Here are a few of the nights Best and Worst dress in my opinion. Enjoy xoxo

I loved this white cutout Brandon Maxwell gown on Karlie Kloss, wish it was a little more toward the theme but honestly this dress was beautiful. Nicole Kidman reminded me of a Futuristic Luna goddess in this embellished Alexander McQueen cape gown. Rachel McAdams also fit the theme perfectly in a gold and mesh inset Valentino stunner.

LOVVVEEED Gigi Hadid in this grey & metallic gown by Tommy Hilfer. Poppy Delevingne looked gorgeous in Marchesa….head to toe in the runaway look might I add. Jourdan Dunn was one of my favorite Balmain gals rocking Balmain of course. 🔥

Ciara looked great in H&M, Love the storm inspired hair. LOVVVVEEDDDDDD Rita Ora in this custom Vega Wang gown.  Taylor Swift was definitely one of my top picks for the night rocking Louis Vuttion. I am just loving Taylor’s grunge it was growing on me but now I’m all for it.  ❤️

Kylie Jenner did not cease to please with this Balmain piece. Naomi Campbell looked flawless in Roberto Cavalli and I love Zendaya futuristic look in this one shoulder turtle neck golden Michael Kors gown.

Karolina Kurkova looked like a fairy princess in Marchsea. Brie Larson in this sliver ruffle Proenza Schouler. Another top look for the night has to be Kate Hudson in this Atelier Versace piece I LOVVVEEE the details in this gown!!!!!💎

LOVEEEEEEEED Lala in this Nicolas Jebran ombré dress, reminded me of a fierce alien warrior. Wasn’t a fan of  Beyonce in this custom latex Givenchy dress but it sure was a show stopper. Sure did enjoy the funny memes 😂. Nicki Minaj’s make up was on FLEEK but this Moschino piece, wasn’t a go for me.

These had to be my least favorite looks of the night top being Kim Kardashian in Balmain…. She just looked so constrained and stuffed in this piece but very futuristic. Not a huge fan of the bleach eyebrow trend either. Selena Gomez looked very plain & sad to say basic in this Louis Vuitton piece and Lady Gaga hit the theme on the head in this Versace bodysuit & jacket just wish she had something on her legs….her shoes were killer!!!!!

I applaud everyone who thought outside the box because why not go extreme for the Met Gala. Solange looked like a piece of beautiful art in this  David Laport piece. Madonna looked very witch queen in this Givenchy piece….oh yeah and her cheeks were out 😳. Katy Perry also went all out wearing this very detailed Prada gown and adding some dramatics with some black gloves.

Love these looks on these dapper man Idris Elb was one of my top favorites in this tail coat number by Tom Ford & white bow tie. Wiz Khalifa looked very fresh faced & handsome in this Rag & Bone piece. Nas looked like ageless in this Public School suit. 👔

The drapper man list continues…..Michael B Jordan wore Calvin Klein not in love with the shoe choice. Mr. Future wore a custom Zegna suit rocking a white bow tie……btw I love this white on white look on man. I LOVEEEEEEEED Jaden Smith in this Louis Vuttion piece……I want that Coat!!!!!🎩

This was so STUNNINGGGGGGGGG Claire Danes in this custom Zac Posen dress made out of optic fiber. Claire just looks like she is the princess of the ball shining bright on all of us. Now this was my top favorite.❤️❤️❤️💎💎💎💎
