In Love is not even the phrase I want to use to describe my feelings for this dish below. Ever since my friend had his Birthday dinner here I’ve been hooked. The Cajun Chicken, Shrimp, & Sausage pasta is my FAVORITEEE!!!!! There were so many tasty flavors in this pasta. This pasta beats out by far the Cajun pasta I had at Oceana in New Orleans, which is GREAT for me since it’s more accessible 🙂

If you knew better you’ll do better. Now Please Everyone Try Bourbon Street Out!!!!!

Looks like everyone is getting styled in this, From Gray Scale ‘Red Underbust Corset Skirt’ retailing at $125. This latex/glossy trend seems like it has a few more waves me make on the blogs. I believe I seen this skirt on Cardi B first followed by KeKe Palmer. Not a fan of the top Cardi B was paired in with the skirt, too much going on & not in a good way. Something about KeKe’s look is off to me, I think it’s the way the skirt is fitting her. I love the styling of both Karen Civil & Ryan Destiny in this skirt ❤️

A few weeks ago, I was invited out to a restaurant called SLATE. I’m always down to try new places, so I was ecstatic to try SLATE out. Happy Hour is from 6 pm – 8 pm with $4/$6 drinks, really can’t beat that deal. I had my eyes on the ‘O.G. Sliders’ since my friend told me about this place; which by they way were really savory. This establishment came equipped with games like scrabble, connect four, pool, & ping pong; which are extra fun when intoxicated. Definitely a place worth trying out.

Easter Sunday Brunch ðŸ¥‚🌺

I know I have been a little late with my post but better late than never :). Last Sunday was Resurrection Sunday. I decided to celebrate this Sunday by attending service & after having brunch at PS450. When the flowers start to bloom, it triggers pure happiness inside of me.

Mimosas Are Life

On Thursday, March 30th I attended an art exhibit dedicated to Pop Super Star Divas Beyonce & Rihanna.  Presenting this exhibit during Women’s History Month was a phenomenal idea. I would assume about almost every millennial adores Beyonce & Rihanna….really who doesn’t??? These women are two great powerhouses that shine in their on light & who constantly motivates us to live up to our fullest potential. Those are My BISHES!!!!

There were numerous amount of artist that had their beautiful pieces up for display. Tickets for the one day event started at $20, what a great steal to see some art work & support talented artist. Drinks & treats were also served. I thought it was cute that the drinks were named after the Diva’s popular songs, favorite drink of the night “Desperado.” On top of that there was a glow room, a sex room, & a bashment room. There was even live painting happening  & a dope DJ keeping the party jumping.
